Controlling Portion Sizes
Always keep measuring cups on hand, they are very helpful when controlling portion sizes with foods like, dressings, peanut butter, cereal, salts, sugars etc. It’s okay to have everything in moderation. Even healthy foods need to be eaten in moderation.

  • About

  • A fitblr here for your inspiration. Together, we can be healthier!

    -Name's Dana. I'm 24, I live in Colorado, and I'm a workoutaholic. I don't own a scale, and never intend to. I'm 5'10 and 145.

I believe that strong is beautiful, that fit is beautiful, and that the number on the scale means very little if you have a healthy outlook and lifestyle.

    -

Feel free to come to me with any questions or for motivation or even a shoulder! We're in this together, you know.
